1. Who We Are

The store is owned by Furdtk Vegetables and Fruits Company (One Person Company), commercial registration no. 382237, license no. 2018/774, State of Kuwait, referred to below as "Furdtk" or "we".

2. Eligibility

To place an order you must be 18 or older, or place it with the knowledge and consent of your guardian.

3. Products and Prices

1. All prices are in Kuwaiti Dinar and are shown before you confirm your order.
2. Prices of fresh produce change with the market. The price that applies is the one shown when you confirm your order.
3. Vegetables and fruits are natural products, so size, color and shape may differ slightly from the images, and this is not a defect. Ripeness and country of origin change with the season, and the country of origin is stated on the product.
4. Products are subject to stock availability. Prices and offers may change without prior notice, which does not affect an order already confirmed.
5. If a clear error appears in a product's price or description, we may correct it, notify you before processing, and let you cancel or amend the order with a refund of any amount paid.

4. Products Sold by Weight

Items sold by weight may come out slightly above or below the weight you ordered. We charge by actual weight and aim for the weight to be in your favor. If you find a shortfall, send us a photo of the scale on WhatsApp and we will compensate you immediately.

5. Placing and Accepting Orders

1. The minimum order varies by area and is shown at checkout (delivery fees excluded).
2. Your order is accepted when the confirmation message reaches you. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable or fraud is suspected, with a refund of any amount paid.
3. You are responsible for the accuracy of the contact and address details you enter.

6. Substitutions When an Item Is Out of Stock

If an item runs out while we prepare your order, we call you, and if you do not answer we send you a message. You may choose to substitute the item with a similar one, refund its value, or remove it from the order, as you prefer.

7. Payment

We accept KNET, Visa and Mastercard, Apple Pay, and cash on delivery, as available at the time of the order. Online payments are processed through a secure payment gateway and we do not keep your card details. See the Delivery and Payment page for details.

8. Delivery

The delivery policy published on the website applies. Delivery fees vary by governorate and are shown before payment, and we do not ship outside the State of Kuwait.

9. Cancelling an Order

You may cancel or amend your order by contacting customer service before we start preparing it, stating the reason. Amounts paid are refunded within the refund periods in our policy.

10. Freshness Guarantee and Returns

Our Freshness Guarantee, Return and Exchange Policy published on the website applies. You may refuse any fresh item in front of the courier, tell us within 24 hours of receipt with a photo, and return sealed non-perishable packages within 14 days.

11. Product Information and Allergens

Product ingredients and information may change between manufacturers. Please read the label on the package and do not rely on the website alone, especially if you or a family member has a food allergy. Some of our products (such as nuts, cheeses and bakery items) may contain nuts, sesame, milk, wheat or traces of them.

12. Storage After Delivery

Our responsibility for keeping a product in good condition ends at delivery. We advise storing chilled and frozen products immediately on receipt, following the package instructions and the storage tips published on the website.

13. Offers, Coupons and Gift Cards

1. Offers and coupons apply as written on the offer page, within the announced quantity and period. Free delivery depends on the offers we announce.
2. Gift cards are issued at the customer's request and their value is non-refundable.

14. Intellectual Property

The "Furdtk" name, the "Lebaytak" slogan, and the images, texts and designs on the website belong to us or are licensed to us, and may not be copied or used commercially without our prior written permission.

15. Limitation of Liability

We bear our legal responsibility for the products and service as the law provides. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages beyond our control, including internet outages, general failures or force majeure, except where the law does not allow exclusion.

16. Business Customers and Suppliers

We offer special prices and quantities to restaurants, cafes and companies, and we welcome farmers and suppliers. To contract, write to us on WhatsApp or by email. These orders are subject to a quotation and a separate written agreement.

17. Amendments

We may amend these terms. An amendment takes effect from its publication on the website and does not affect orders confirmed before it.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and the courts of the State of Kuwait have jurisdiction.
