About Us
Furdtk, the first destination for vegetables and fruits
Furdtk… from the market to your home, fresh every day.
Furdtk is a Kuwaiti online market that brings you the finest vegetables and fruits, along with dates, nuts, cheeses, spices, meat, poultry, dairy and household essentials, in refrigerated vehicles to your door every day from 8 AM to 11 PM.
How the Story Began
Furdtk began with a happy coincidence. Our founder moved at work to a bank branch near the vegetable market (Al Shabra), where a simple gift of fruit sparked a passion for the quality of farm produce. In 2016 we started with a simple Instagram account called "Ajwad Al Fawakeh" (The Finest Fruits), with one goal: for Kuwaiti consumers to find high quality before anything else. The dream grew into a full company named "Furdtk", with the slogan "Lebaytak" (For Your Home): to be the best at delivering fresh products to your door.
What Sets Us Apart
Quality first
We select carefully and put quality before every other consideration.
Smart systems
We run inventory and operations on integrated systems that update quantities accurately and issue purchase orders automatically, so products reach you at peak freshness with minimal waste.
Innovative packaging
We designed packaging that keeps delicate products such as leafy greens fresh, and we put together complete vegetable and fruit baskets and boxes.
Wide variety
Premium dates, freshly roasted nuts, cheeses, spices some of which we import from Greece, Tunisia, Turkey and elsewhere, and meat and poultry from approved companies in Kuwait.
Many sources
We buy from Kuwaiti farms, some farms supply us directly, and we import most of our products by air freight so they arrive fresh.
Cold chain
Refrigerated vehicles and refrigerated boxes for products that need to be kept cold.
A Journey of Resilience
- At the start: we faced market pressure and price wars, so we built direct relationships with trusted suppliers who stood by us, then moved to direct import to protect quality and pricing independence.
- When orders outgrew us: in one of our early campaigns, hundreds of orders poured in beyond our capacity. We stopped taking orders immediately, asked friends and acquaintances to help deliver, and accepted the loss to keep our promise to you.
- During the COVID-19 pandemic: we were among the first companies to waive delivery fees entirely, and we gave free food baskets to quarantine centers, repaying the country and its people.
That journey is what makes Furdtk today an institution built on strong people and advanced technology, so the best always reaches you.. for your home.
Our Promise to You
- Freshness guarantee: inspect your order in front of the courier and refuse any item you do not like.
- Fair weight: we charge by actual weight, and if you find a shortfall we compensate you immediately.
- Transparency: delivery fees are shown before you pay, with no hidden charges.
- Close service: we reply on WhatsApp, phone and email every day.
