Furdtk is committed to protecting your personal data. We never sell or rent your data to anyone. This policy explains what we collect, why, and when we delete it.

1. Who Is Responsible for Your Data
Furdtk Vegetables and Fruits Company (One Person Company), commercial registration no. 382237, State of Kuwait. This policy applies to our website, online store and communication channels.
2. Data We Collect
- Identity and contact data: name, phone number, email address.
- Delivery data: governorate, area, block, street, building and any notes on your address, and your location if you choose to share it to help the courier find you.
- Order data: products ordered, amounts, delivery time, your choices when an item is out of stock, photos you send with complaints, and your correspondence with customer service.
- Payment data: processed by the payment gateway. We do not store your card numbers or security codes.
- Technical data: device and browser type, network address and cookies.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To process and deliver your orders and keep you informed, including calling or messaging you when an item is out of stock.
- To answer your questions and handle complaints, returns, exchanges and compensation.
- To prevent fraud and protect your account, orders and wallet.
- To improve the website and your shopping experience.
- To send offers and marketing messages by WhatsApp, email, newsletter or notifications, only if you agree, and you can stop them at any time.
- To comply with the laws in force in the State of Kuwait.
Even if you stop marketing messages, we will keep sending operational messages about your orders.
4. Sharing Your Data
We do not sell or rent your data. Because delivery is made by our own fleet, we do not share your address with outside delivery companies. We share only the minimum necessary with:
- The online payment gateway, to complete your payment.
- Technical service providers that run the website, hosting, analytics and advertising tools, who are bound to keep data confidential.
- Official authorities in the State of Kuwait, when a binding legal request is made.
5. Anti-Fraud Statement
We check suspicious orders to protect our customers. We may suspend or cancel any order, and ask for identity or payment verification, if there are signs that data or payment methods are being used without their owner's permission, or that offers, the wallet or gift cards are being abused.
6. Data Retention Periods

7. Cookies
We use essential cookies to run the cart and keep your session, and analytics and advertising cookies (such as Google, Meta and TikTok tools) to understand and improve website use and measure our campaigns. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but disabling essential ones may prevent you from completing an order.
8. Your Rights
Dear customer, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate data or complete it.
- Request deletion of your data, including but not limited to when you close your account, unless the law requires us to keep it.
- Stop marketing messages at any time by replying "STOP" or contacting us.
To exercise any of these rights, email cs@furdtk.com or message us on WhatsApp. We will reply within 7 working days.
9. Data Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including restricted access and an encrypted connection to the website. No electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure; if a breach affects your data, we will notify you and the competent authorities where required.
10. Children
Our website is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you learn that a child has given us their data, please contact us so we can delete it.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes are announced on the website with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the website after publication means you accept the updated version.
12. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from it.
